As a lifelong coastal resident I know the area well and my priority is to provide top notch customer service. I believe that a critical component of exceptional customer service is the ability to devote ample time and energy to each and every client, so I’m careful to never take on more than I can reasonably manage. For this reason, helping a select number of clients to the best of my ability is much more important to me than racking up 100 sales annually. My clients are able to call and talk to me personally, and not just some random member of a “team”. I view my commissions as a byproduct of excellent customer service rather than an objective, and I treat my clients how I would expect to be treated. I believe in giving back to my community and am active with several volunteer organizations. I am a Paul Harris Fellow Rotarian, Youth Exchange Coordinator, Tutor, and serve on Boards for Habitat for Humanity, Newport Library and the Salvation Army. I also serve as Chairman of the MLS Committee and Vice President for my local Board of Realtors. I am passionate about helping others whenever I’m able, including clients seeking their dream homes on the coast.

Freddy Saxton is a third generation realtor, proud to be working among the industries finest at Advantage Real Estate. Freddy served as a sergeant in the US Marine Corps during the late 1980′s before joining his father at ORCA Builders and devoting the better part of two decades to constructing many of the area’s premier custom homes. Following his passion and eager to share his experience to the advantage of his clients, Freddy joined Advantage Real Estate as a broker in 2008, and now holds a Principal Broker’s license. Freddy Saxton is a certified residential specialist (CRS), e-PRO internet marketing specialist, a certified short sale and foreclosure (SFR) resource, and holds the Graduate Realtor’s Institute (GRI) designation.
