I created this firm because I wanted to stop playing by the big brokerage firms’ rules. You are not just a quick sale to me. My partner and husband, Mike, and I work tirelessly for our clients, and we will be with you every step of the way.
Throughout my career in business I have adhered to one core belief: the key to success is listening to the client, responding properly and expeditiously, and following through to a satisfying conclusion.
My evolution to a career in real estate came through a valuable course which included five years as the owner of a successful, customer-centered company. This business, Phippen’s Garden, a full service florist, taught me that client service, persistence, time management, attention to detail, and follow through are keys to success. After attaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art/Graphic Design, I interned as a Gallery Director for the Winfisky Gallery in Salem. My strong visual sense with attention to detail was a blessing in the world of art and design, continued to be an asset in the floral design business, and now adds value in the real estate field.
