Over that last 20+ years of selling real estate I have adopted a strict philosophy – the client’s needs come first! There have been so many times that I have sat in a client’s kitchen and after thoroughly discussing their homes market value and their family goals that I tell them “The best thing for your family is to stay put for 1 to 2 more years.” This, of course, does not make any money for me, but it is the right decision for the family.

By following the “Client First” philosophy, I have been able to chase my client’s best interests instead of chasing the dollar.
