I started as a R.E. Agent in 1986, right after obtaining my B.S. Degree in Business/Marketing. I took this education and applied it to the R.E. business. Soon I found that my marketing knowledge lead to exceptional success for my customers. But, just when my business started to flourish, CA went into a massive recession from 1990-1996. During this recession and falling prices, I became Top Producer. My customers stood out as they sold fast and for top dollar.

As my success grew, I found other talented agents to help our sellers and buyers achieve even greater success. Together, we established countless record sales prices for our sellers and broke countless sales volume records to the Real Estate industry. Then, we went into another massive recession and managed to once again succeed for our customers.
