Katherine Thomas earned her Real Estate License in 2015. She continues to enhance her understanding of the market and all aspects of real estate. In December of 2018, along with Melissa Land, they opened Thomas & Land Real Estate Group in Prattville. Katherine has lived in the Prattville area for the last 16 years and can help you with all your home buying and selling needs. Based in the River Region market, Katherine services the Prattville, Deatsville, Millbrook, Wetumpka, Pike Road, Montgomery and surrounding areas.

Having relocated several times with her husband’s job, she understands the needs and concerns of relocating clients. She utilizes exclusive marketing tools to widely expose her listings across the internet, showing each property to it’s best advantage and ensuing each home stands apart from the competition.

Her work ethic didn’t start in the real estate industry, but followed her from her past career as a District Manager for a large craft mall chain while living in Cincinnati, Ohio. The last five years strengthened her customer service skills while working as the office manager of a Private Christian School. Katherine is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Montgomery Area Association of Realtors and is a member of the local Multiple Listing Service.

In Katherine’s free time she enjoys gardening, cooking and dancing. She has been married for 33 years and has one son who is going to Medical School at UAB and recently married.
