NRRB collects information from a variety of sources. For example, we may collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you use NRRB services to compare the applicability of real estate agents in a specific area of interest, request that we contact you to match you with an agent, provide feedback and rate your experiences using the services, call, email or otherwise communicate with us. We may collect personal information directly from you and other consumers through your interactions with us, through our websites, when you send us an email or complete a form requesting personal information, from government agencies or public records, through automated technologies and online browser tools, including the use of cookies and from third party service providers or business partners. 

If choosing to submit any personal information relating to other people, you represent that you have the authority to do so and permit us to use the information in accordance with this Policy.

The NRRB is an independent institution focused on providing visitors with the often difficult to find background, training and historical sales information of individual real estate agents nationally.  It is not affiliated nor is it controlled by The National Board of Realtors or any of the other major real estate trade groups, agencies or brokerages. 

You acknowledge that posted ratings and reviews might not reflect the actual quality of service that you may receive from real estate professionals. NRRB expressly disclaims any liability arising from and the accuracy of any ratings and reviews.

Our services are available to you only upon your acceptance of the entirety of these Terms and Conditions. By using this site in any way, you are acknowledging that you have read, understood and agree to the Terms and Conditions written here.

These Terms and Conditions may change from time to time. It’s rare, but the attorneys say we need to say that. We don’t notify our users of these changes since few will care enough to read such a notice. Fortunately, our Terms and Conditions are always available on this page. 

The NRRB brings people together, something of a dating service for buyers, sellers and agents.  We provide an in depth research service, identifying each market’s finest real estate agents. Our databases are updated and include information the average visitor might never find or might spend hours attempting to collect and verify. We help home buyers and sellers find the elite real estate professionals in their area. At no direct charge to the buyer or seller. Utilizing our recommendation the visitor makes a better informed decision in selecting their sale or purchase professional.

Our agent recommendation service is a free service for home buyers and sellers. We do not charge a home buyer or seller for agent recommendations. The NRRB will allow referral fees to be paid by the real estate professionals who help users buy or sell a home. This fee is paid to one of the independent regional real estate professionals, those who assist in developing and maintaining our colossal agent database.  You as a prospective buyer or seller get the benefit of the NRRB service without ever paying the NRRB a single penny.  In utilizing the NRRB services you understand that a referral fee will be paid as a result of any real estate bought or sold through utilizing recommendations the NRRB provides. You are happy, the agent is happy, and we are happy and able to continue to provide our unique service.

The NRRB and everyone associated with it (including members, real estate professionals, home buyers and sellers, directors, investors, employees, suppliers and more) provide this website and all associated products and services on an “as is” basis with no warranty or condition, express, implied or statutory. You utilize our products and services at your own risk. The NRRB and everyone involved in its existence will not be held liable for inaccurate or outdated information, harm caused by accessing our website or any other harm that may be realized by your use of our website, products and services.

This Web site may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. Changes, additions and updates are routinely made to the information herein. The NRRB may make additions and/or changes to this Web site and/or the services described herein at any time.

The NRRB will not be held liable for actions taken by the real estate professionals or the home buyers and sellers in our system. We hope you will treat each other right, be clear in your communication and avoid disputes. Should an issue arise it is between the involved parties. We are a matchmaker, not a referee.

All the content on this site (text, graphics, images, videos, logos, music, software, code and more) is the property of the NRRB and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.
