Sue has been one of Alexandria’s top agents since 2003. In 2018 she, along with her team The Goodhart Group, sold 131 million dollars in sales. Sue, her daughter Allison, and husband Marty were invited to be the founding members of the Alexandria office of Compass Real Estate, a national real estate firm. Sue was ranked as one of the top 5 agents in sales volume in Northern Virginia. Sue Goodhart began her career in real estate in 1992 after an extensive career in sales and management including fourteen years as a small business owner. Her educational background includes a Masters in City Planning from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Dickinson College. Sue understands how to apply these experiences to the business of real estate and has been successful as a result. She is a licensed Realtor in D.C., Virginia, and Maryland and has been a proud Washington area resident for 40 years.
